A Nigerian man has expressed his disappointment upon discovering that he was scammed of almost N400,000 by a fake traveling agency.
@debola9 who shared his story on Twitter said he was supposed to be on his way to [b]Qatar[/b] for a new job but discovered that his visa and ticket are all fake at the airport.
He also revealed that the agent who "processed" the [b]fake visa and ticket[/b] turned off his phone after they agreed to meet at the airport.
From the flyer, he shared on Twitter, the name of the fake traveling agency is "Ayoka International Company."
The Twitter user who revealed that he spent N395k on the entire process, added that he is sad because his mother felt her son was going to break free from the chain of struggle.
@debola9 wrote;
"So,I got scammed today. I was supposed to be on my way to Qatar and when I got to the airport, I realized my visa and ticket are all fake .. and the agent switched off his phone. I'm sad because my mum thought her son is going to break free from the struggle chain.
"After I called Qatar Airways to confirm.. the agent told us that the ticket is a counter ticket and it cannot be traced .. he said he bought it from a black market at MMIA .. he said the person he bought it from will board us in and we agreed to meet at the airport."
